Alan has been serving in the United States Army Reserves since 2019. He has been on numerous training missions across the country as well as went on a deployment from 2021 to 2022.

How Often Do I Need to Clean?

We often say as often as it gets dirty, but generally recommend the following to prevent excess buildup that can shorten the lifespan of your home and curb appeal.




  1. House wash 1-3 years
  2. Concrete 1-5 Years
  3. Gutters (Inside) Every Year if leaves fall on roof
  4. Wood 1-2 Years, or begins to turn dull
  5. Sealing & Staining - Once water no longer beads on surface.
  6. Roof Once Black Streaks Occur.
  7. Insurance Companies have been cracking down, and not covering roofs leaks and repairs if green moss growth is the cause






Every House we have learned varies, and like to give a range based on what we see in our local area.  Common variables are Large trees, nearby traffic, airport flightpath, cool shaded areas, and age of when it was last cleaned.

Please note these are not guarantees, just recommendations based on a wide range of the average houses we clean.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We currently only accept the following:

  • Can you clean in the rain?

    YES!! I am in a very wet business. Light/medium rain helps with protecting your plants, helps the rinsing process, and also saves more of your water. 75% or more of softwashing is removing the chemicals from the cleaned surface. I generally would only prefer to reschedule if hard rain, or more severe storms.

  • Will the Chemicals hurt my plants or animals?

    We take great pride ensuring the safety of your plants and animals. When we clean we use checmicals that target organic growth putting plants at risk. We take extra time to wet your plants before, during, and after the cleaning process to ensure no plants are harmed. Often in more extreme measures, or live ponds we will cover the entire surface to minimize overspray.

  • What cleaning techniques do you use?

    Each surface requires a different cleaning approach. We use a mix between pressure and softwashing techniques to ensure that no damage is done and all surfaces are professionally cleaned.

  • Will Using pressure cause damage?

    No we use a mix between chemicals and pressure. It depends on the surface as concrete can withstand more pressure, while siding on a house uses more chemicals and a soft wash with no pressure.

  • Do you do this year round?

    We can operate year round, However we strongly suggest March 01 - Nov 30 for our season. This minimizes the cost and the time to re-winterize the equipment. There are often warm patches we can clean during the winter months.

  • How Much Water will you use?

    I upgraded my truck in late summer of 2024 to minimize as much water being used. I carry a buffer tank in the back of my truck, so if im not currently using the water, the extra gets fed back into the tank, and recycled through the pressure washer or pump systems.
